General Exclusions

General Exclusions

This Policy or any Section added subsequently does not insure loss or destruction of or damage to any property or any consequential loss or any legal liability directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from

1. Radioactive contamination, being:
a. Ionizing, radiations, or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel; or
b. The radioactive, toxic, explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof.

2. War Risks, being:
War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, civil commotion, insurrection, military, or usurped power.

3. Any act of terrorism.

4. Any willful, malicious or deliberate act by You, Your employees, or Your contracted providers.

5. Sanction Limitation and Exclusion Clause
The Company shall not be deemed to provide cover and shall not be liable to pay any claim or provide any benefit hereunder to the extent that the provision of such cover, payment of such claim or provision of such benefit would expose the Company to any sanction, prohibition or restriction under United Nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

Claim Process

1. Send the required documents to CNShip4Shop mailbox with “User ID + Order Number + Claim” in the email subject. Email address: CS@cnship4shop.com.

2. Documents required:

  • Proof of purchase, such as invoices or transaction records (including the product’s content and value)
  • Delivery notifications from the sellers
  • Photographs of the packaging and contents of the parcel

3. Information required:

  • Type of claim: Loss or damage claim
  • Reason of claim
  • Contact details of the sellers

4. CNShip4Shop reserves the right to request members to provide more information as needed

Claim Period

  • Any claim of compensation will NOT be accepted after 3 days upon the receipt of parcel
  • Up to 2 to 4 months to process the claim. Timeline may vary depending on the case.

Refund Method

  • Refunded as credit into the corresponding member’s account in CNShip4Shop
  • Expired date: within one year
